Ashlyn's passion for the success of small businesses in a "big box" world is why she created the Shadden Collective.  Not all businesses have access to or the budget for a marketing consultant.  In her experience with working for small businesses firsthand, she learned that a corporate, cookie-cutter marketing plan does not work for small, mom & pop businesses.  The answer is not always a trending video, a viral dance or a carefully curated profile grid.  In fact, sometimes it is a flyer, an event page, a business card or a customer appreciation event.  Combining her years of small business experience with a Masters in Advertising from the University of Texas at Austin, Ashlyn works with you to find out what your established brand needs to grow in the marketing realm or help lighten your load by managing certain marketing aspects for you.
